Today, I'm entering a new battle: continuing the transformation of Brussels with @vooruit.brussels. And it's not a random choice. For those who know me, my life has been full of obstacles and difficulties, which I have managed to overcome thanks to my passion: boxing. This sport has enabled me to become the man I am, to grow, to give meaning to my life, to believe in the future, to dream. Today, as a coach, educator and trainer with the national youth boxing team, I'm lucky enough to be able to pass on this passion to the young people of Brussels on a daily basis.

While sport is a force for emancipation, I believe above all in people, in our collective ability to move forward as part of an inclusive, progressive society, proud of our diversity and our talents. And I want to fight this battle for a better Brussels with @Ans Persoons, a long-standing friend who fights every day for the people of Brussels.

Together, we can transform Brussels. We want to give a voice and listen to the needs of young people. We want to continue to invest in sport and culture, but above all we want to guarantee a home, a job and equal success for all. More than just words, we want to create hope among young people, make their dreams come true and build the future of our city with them.
