Go for a walk around the Royal Domain of Laeken
Would you like more space to move around in Brussels? Do you also agree that the vast Royal Estate of Laeken should be partially accessible to all Brussels residents? Then come to the Royal Run on 23 September and, together with Vooruit MP Hannelore Goeman, help to open up this estate to the public. Participating in the run or cheering on the participants is completely free. As a bonus, the first 30 entrants will receive a free pair of sports socks! So don't delay and sign up now.
Imagine a relaxing jog through the magnificent Royal Domain of Laeken. Wouldn't our King approve? This domain spans no less than 186 hectares, which is larger than the municipalities of Koekelberg and Saint-Josse-ten-Noode combined. Despite our first run taking place 6 years ago, we still can't get in. So let's just keep jogging around it! This year, we're also introducing a Kids Run around the start and finish point, July 21st Square.
Join us on Saturday 23 September. You are welcome from 10:00 AM. We will start with a Royal Kids Run at 10:30 AM, followed by the start of the Royal Run at exactly 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to be present by 10:45 AM at the latest for the Royal Run and by 10:15 AM for the Royal Kids Run. The meeting point is 21 July Square (Aalst).
Participation is free, but don't forget to register using the form below. The first 30 to sign up for the Royal Run will receive a free pair of sports socks as a gift!*
Sports socks and running t-shirts are for adults only. The number of t-shirts and registrations is limited to 250.
